Download/Export of the Test File(s)

Here you will find instructions on how to download your completed AI DIAGNOSTICS Performance Test from your device (Zwift, Garmin, Wahoo, etc.). Upload the file when conducting a new analysis and receive an individual performance report.

AI DIAGNOSTICS supports the following file formats: tcx, gpx, fit, fit.gz

Download Activity from Zwift

1. Log in to your profile on Zwift.com
2. Go to My Feed > Just me > select the activity you want to download > select the settings button (cogwheel icon) > select Download fit File.

Download Activity from Garmin Connect

1. Log in to Garmin Connect.
2. Select Activities > All Activities > select the activity you want to download > select the setting (cogwheel) icon > select a file format for the download.

Download Activity from Wahoo

Mobile

Open the Wahoo Fitness app > select the activity > settings > upload workout > select, e.g., your Dropbox or Drive to export the workout

Windows

Connect your Wahoo device to your computer via USB cable and save the activity directly to your computer.

Mac

Install, e.g., Android File Transfer from Google and connect your Wahoo device to your computer via USB cable. Now simply select and save the activity.
